So I am a little late in posting the pictures. Dallyn and myself went to the mainland for our two week christmas break. We spent the first week in california and the second week in utah. The funny thing is the whole time we were on the mainland we neglected to take pictures of our family.

Well we arrived in LAX later friday night, and it was cold! well for the light weights that are use to weather being in the 70's year round. The first meal we had was, you guessed it! In-n-out. It was good stuff. The real fun thing about being back in Cali was that every one was home for Christmas, jasper, holly, and the boys drove down and spent the week. So Dallyn and I got to spend the whole week getting to known our nephews and niece a lot better. When everyone came over the house was packed and busy, just like it was growing up. We played a lot of games, which was fun. The games were, Ticket to ride european version, and the one that everyone had a fun time playing was Smart-ass. Joel and Kitty were over and joined in the fun of playing smart-ass and there were quit a bit of dumb asses! The boys all went out rock climbing (me, dad, jasper, eric, tryn, and garin) at joshua tree.

Jasper top-roped this climb, and the way up you had to crawl through a series a narrow openongs in the rocks which was a lot of fun, seening if you could fit through them.

We then went up to utah, and it was freezing! that last two days we were in utah it was in the negatives in the morning and at night. We did have a lot of fun. We went tubing with mandy's family and some of their friends. On new years eve we all went to mandy and derricks home for some fun. We played bunko, which I gotthe prize for most wins and dallyn got the prize for most bunkos, and then we had relays which were lots of fun and made everyone laugh. The bad things we forgot to take out the camera and take picutres. For our anniversary we went to the alaska inn and stay in the "North Pole" cabin.

There was a power outage for a couple of hours, adn at the same time the storm came in making the weather drop drasticlly and it was snowing. We went over to Todd and Meggen's house and played a cool game called zillch. It was a fun playing the game, it got competitive and there were also some players that did not really catch on in how to play the game. While we were in utah dallyn did a lot of decorating for her sister and grandma, a new talent I found out which she is way good at and probably could make tons of money doing which would leave me to just hangin out in the water!

Now we are back in hawaii, and it is raining but it is good to be back. School has started for me and Dallyn starts work monday. I've been to pounders twice since being back and it feels great to be back in the water!

Oh before I forget Derrick bagged himself an Elk, sweet!
