ALOHA

Saturday was an eventful day. At first we had to go in town and help load up a spring board floor for Dallyn and her cheerleaders. We unloaded the spring board floor at kahuku, which took longer than we expected, and got things situated. Then we ended up going to a BBQ the cheerleaders were having. it was at kelcy krebs pipeline house.
Now this house is amazing, a great view which looks directly at "Pipe" and all the other surf breaks there. I wish i brought my camera! it was absolutly beautiful. I now know where i want to live hands down, 100%.
While we were playin in the water we got to see Jamie O'brien (pro surfer, this guy is sick on a board!) and he had a skim board but he was gettin pulled by something. We weren't sure what it was and we he walked by we asked what it was, it is a "grinch" it is a type of winch that they use for wakeskating or something along those lines. It was tight, they started off on the sand and once they got close to the lip of da wave they launched themselves and got sick air.

First attempt

well where to begin!? hmm...

due to popular demand i have decided to start our very own blog. Now it will probably be different than most others blogs, just the fact that i am doing the blog because my wife will probably be too busy (well thats what she will say!) and it will not get gone any other way.

for the last 6-7 weeks i have been in utah and wyoming working construction while dallyn has been in hawaii doing her thing, cheerleading practice and teaching.

Dallyn and myself did go to lake powell with her family and it was lots of fun. we did not do any wakeboarding but we had tons of fun wakesurfing.

It was funny to watch little D wakesurf because everytime she got up she was screeming the entire time thinking she going to fall off. it made everyone on the boat laugh. Despite her screeming she was a born natural and she was shredding on the wake.

Derrick was showing everyon how it was done.

Utah was a lot of getting to hang out with family, but it is good to be back in hawaii now. We have just moved into TVA (on campus) housing and trying to get things organized and unpacked. school starts in a couple of days and it is going to be a busy semester, trying to arrange my schedule so i can get a lot of credits in and also stay on track.

A hui hou.
